BORNO STATE GOVERNMENT RECEIVES ICT HUMAN CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT AWARD 2024 AT NATIONAL COUNCIL OF COMMUNICATION AND DIGITAL ECONOMY

The award was presented at the National Council of Communication and Digital Economy Summit in Makurdi, Benue State. Engineer Mohammed Kabir Wanori, Executive Secretary of the Borno State Information and Communication Technology Development Agency (BICTDA), received the award on behalf of the governor.
Notably, Borno State was among the top three states selected for this award, out of 21 states that contested. This achievement is a testament to Governor Zulum's commitment to driving digital inclusion and economic growth in the state.
