The Borno State Information and Communications Technology Development Agency (BICTDA) recently paid a familiarisation visit to Hallmark Leadership Initiative, a non-governmental organization (NGO), in Borno State. The visit delegation was lead by the Executive Secretary Engr. Mohammed Ahmed Kabir Wanori and his Team also accompanied by Special Adviser to His Excellency the Executive Governor of Borno State on ICT Hon. Tukur D Meshelia , Board member to The Agency Dr. Mustapha A.Tijjani alongside the CEO Mr. Shettima Babakura Imam of Hallmark Leadership Initiative (HLI) and their team, held an interactive session focused on research, collaboration and partnership.

The meeting was concluded emphasising on working together, BICTDA and Hallmark Leadership Initiative can contribute significantly to bridging the digital divide in Borno State and empowering citizens with the necessary skills to bring back Borno better.
